I am the Founder & Principal Consultant of HUMHR, a career and leadership advisory platform dedicated to helping professionals design purposeful, strategic, and fulfilling careers.

I am a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) and a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach. I am also the host of HUMHR Career Insights, a global careers and leadership podcast amplifying voices across Africa and its diaspora.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and talent advisory across the humanitarian, international NGO, and private sectors, I have led HR interventions in the Caribbean, supported talent acquisition initiatives in the United States, facilitated leadership development across Southern Africa, and advised professionals globally on career strategy and growth.

While my work today is focused on coaching and advisory, I maintain my HR credentials as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and remain actively engaged with developments in the field through ongoing learning and professional forums and consulting engagements. My HR foundation continues to inform the strategic, practical lens I bring to career and leadership conversations.
